Use these templates to fill in your data for delivery to 1099 Services.
The Filer Information sheet embedded with each
template should be filled out for every template file submitted.
When preparing an Excel file for uploading, please name
it according to this pattern:
Filer Name_FormType_MMDDYY.xls
Examples:
FirstStateBank_1099MISC_011524.xls
PrimeMortgage_1099INT_012724.xls

you do not run Excel, contact 1099 Services for other formats.
